Mille Fleur and Porcelain Satin chickens are a stunning and unique addition to any flock, offering a beautiful mix of color and texture that’s sure to capture the attention of poultry enthusiasts. This is an exciting new color variation that is still very much a "work in progress", making it the perfect breeding project for anyone who loves a challenge and enjoys pushing the boundaries of chicken genetics.
What makes these chickens even more thrilling is the chance for a variety of feather types. Our flock mainly has satin feathers, with a chance of frizzle feathers, and even a slight chance of silkie feathers. These feather variations bring an additional layer of beauty and fun to the project, allowing for an unpredictable and rewarding breeding experience. A majority of our flock has Dark Skin. This is a trait we are working on across the breeding project and within our flock.
Whether you’re looking to start a breeding project or want to add a rare and beautiful bird to your flock, Mille Fleur and Porcelain Satins offer the opportunity to have something truly special. The joy of watching this exciting new color evolve and the thrill of seeing the various feather types emerge make this a rewarding project for any poultry lover!
This project is still evolving, and we’re excited to see the new possibilities emerging in our flock.
Our birds have bloodlines mainly from Lauren Taylor Chickens.
